Sales Representative

Job Title: Sales Representative - Greater Atlanta/North Georgia

Location: Atlanta Based

Reports to: Sales Director

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

Our Brewery Sales Rep is more than just a salesperson; they are the driving force behind our brand's expansion in the Greater Atlanta area. This role demands an individual who is not only passionate about the beverage industry but also has a relentless work ethic. We are looking for a go-getter, someone who thrives on challenges, and is hungry for every sale. This job is for aseasoned sales professional who understands the grind, is committed to results, and is eager to make their mark in our growing company. Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for Fire Maker’s Core Values and Goals.

• Manage and cultivate relationships with targeted accounts.

• Strategically place our products in accounts that drive consistent sales.

• Collaborate closely with distributor partners.

• Host and participate in weekly events: beer dinners, festivals, promotions, etc.

• Work with Sales Director and other departments to achieve company goals

• Ensure the Fire Maker brand consistently stands out in the market.

• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.

• Provide professional representation at events where alcohol is served.

 

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of sales experience in the beer industry.

• Experience at a brewery or beer distributor.

• Clean driving record, insured and reliable vehicle.

• Valid driver's license.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with various sales software.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree. (Or direct experience)

• Familiarity with the Greater Atlanta Beer Market.

• First level Cicerone certification.

Skills:

• Proactive and innovative in improving brand presence.

• Solutions-oriented with a positive outlook.

• Organized and efficient in account management.

• Ability to use various technology including computers and reporting software

• Microsoft Office 365 literate

• Honesty and diligence in every task.
